How do I register to consign?

Click Consignor Login at the top of any page. If you're new, choose 'Never Sold With Us Before' and select your location. Each household can sell at one location per season.

What's the minimum to participate?

You need at least 20 items or $50 worth of merchandise. There's no minimum price per item — just a $2 floor on individual tags.

How much does it cost to consign?

Divine Consign keeps 30% of your sales plus a small entry fee based on how many items you bring. Fees range from $10 (1–50 items) up to $45 (351–400 items).

When does consignor registration open?

Fall sale registration opens in June. Spring sale registration opens in December. Sign up for Early Access alerts to be notified the moment registration opens.

Can I sell at both Plano and Grapevine?

No — each household is limited to one location per season. You'll choose your location when you register.

What's the best way to price my items?

Accepted Answer

Price at 75% off retail — 80% off for infant sizes 0–12 months. Minimum price is $2.

Question 7

Should I mark items to be discounted?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Items marked 'Discount: YES' are 20% more likely to sell. They go 50% off during half-price hours and 75% off the last morning of the sale. Any item priced $3 or under must be marked to discount — this is required.

What are the item limits?

400 items total per consignor. Infant clothing (0–18 months): 25 items per size per gender. Maternity: 25 items. Accessories: 25 per gender. Books: 40. Crafts: 10. Multiples of the same item: no more than 3.

When do I drop off my items?

Grapevine: Friday, September 11, time TBD. Plano: Friday, August 21, time TBD. Allow at least one hour. You must be checked in at least 30 minutes before close.

When do consignors get to shop the presale?

Accepted Answer

Consignors shop the Saturday presale before first-time parents and the public. Grapevine: Saturday, September 12, 4:00pm–8:15pm. Plano: Saturday, August 22, 4:00pm–8:45pm. No children including infants. Every consignor also receives a VIP Presale band to give to a friend — VIP Presale band holders enter Sunday at 11:00am alongside VIP presale ticket holders.

How and when do I get paid?

Electronically, within a few days of the sale closing. You can log into your consignor account to track what has sold in real time during the sale.

What's the sort fee?

Accepted Answer

$1 per unsold item not marked for donation, deducted from your earnings. The fee is waived if you work at least one volunteer shift.

Can I sell my crib?

It depends on the manufacture date. Cribs made before July 23, 2010 are illegal to sell and not accepted. Cribs from July 23, 2010 to June 28, 2011 require a Children's Product Certificate of compliance. Cribs made after June 28, 2011 are accepted.

Question 14

Can I sell my car seat?

Yes, with conditions. You must be the original owner, it must never have been in an accident, not recalled, not expired, clean and stain-free with belts that snap easily, and must have at least one full year of use remaining before expiration. All car and booster seats are inspected by a certified car seat safety technician at drop-off.
